Dr. Shreder is an expert in ultrasound diagnostics and guided injections. Over his career, he has performed over 12,000 ultrasound-guided Visco supplement injections (knee cushioning). He was one of the first physicians in the nation and the first in Phoenix to embrace the healing powers of regenerative medicine in 2004. Dr. Shreder focuses on your results, not advertising. He personally performs ALL injections. He trained other physicians for Sonosite in the use of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound.
He employs Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Amniotic Allograft, and other therapies used for healing injured tendons and bursa FASTER and more permanently – for conditions such as tennis elbow, golfers’ elbow, partial tears of the rotator cuff or hip bursitis. (PRP can also be utilized for hair restoration and facial rejuvenation.)
